PHOTO CARDS
• Select and click on a design in a category.
• Your card loads in a new page.
• Click on the Personalize button.
ENTER INFO
• Follow the template instructions and fill in your details.
Please note: If the amount of text exceeds the designated text area, you must remove some text.
• Upload a photo by clicking on the Browse button to browse photos in your computer.
• Select a photo and click Submit.
IMAGE EDITOR
• Your photo uploads to your card. Size and place photo within the dotted area.
• Choose menu options – Sepia, black and white, rotate etc.
• Click Crop. (Area outside crop remains as a faint image until you Save).
• Click Save.
• To continue, click Save in pop-up box, or Cancel to re-edit your photo.

Refund Policy
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order. We strongly encourage you to carefully preview your cards as we print exactly what you have entered and we are not responsible for errors in typography or images. Check out Image Quality and Specifications below. If an error occurs that is directly our responsibility, we will refund your money, give you a credit for a future order or re-print your order.
Image Specifications
You can use images that you have downloaded from a digital camera, scanned yourself or taken from a photo CD, to personalize your cards. Not recommended are images from the Internet because they are not good enough quality for printing.
Image Quality
The best quality for your printed card requires that you supply the best quality image. For best results, choose clear, high-resolution images. It is important for you to preview your image carefully as we do not proof them before printing.
Image Resolution.
This is the number of pixels in your image file. The larger the number of pixels, the better the quality of the final product.
Quality of the Image
Make sure the image is not out of focus, over exposed, too dark or too light.
File Formats
Your color image file must be formatted as a RGB JPEG file to successfully upload.
Black and white images should be a Grayscale JPEG file for black and white printing.
If you only have a TIF file, it must be emailed with your order number to orders@threesixtyfivecards.com
For a 4” x 6” card your image should be 1275 x 1800 pixels. The recommended resolution of your image should be 300 dots per inch (DPI) and not less than 150 dots per inch (DPI)
File size must be less than 4 megabytes. Compression quality should be the highest quality possible while keeping the file size less than 4 megabytes.
Orientation
Although you can rotate your image in our Photo Edit tool after you have uploaded it, we strongly recommend that you upload your image in the correct orientation. If your image choice requires it to be rotated, we suggest that you rotate it to the correct orientation on your computer before uploading.

NEW! Kids 'n Charity
Welcome to the Kids 'n Charity, brought to you by ThreeSixtyFive Cards. We all love our kid's artwork and
want to show the world. At ThreeSixtyFive Cards we have always had an interest in children's artwork and
charitable contributions...
We want to show your kids artwork to the whole world.
Here's how it works:
1.) You send us one to three pieces of your child's artwork and a charity that your child would like to promote.
2.) If your child's artwork is chosen, our designers will digitally turn the artwork into a greeting card, birth announcement,
thank you card, holiday card, etc.
3.) You can receive your child's artwork back (as well as a special certificate for being selected)
4.) 10% of all profits for the sale of the card that your childs artwork inspires goes to the charity that they choose.
Rules:
1.) Only children under the age of 8 years old can submit their artwork.
2.)
Send one to three pieces of your child's artwork to us for review with
their first name and age, and a self addressed,
stamped envelope if you want the artwork returned. Maximum size 11" x 17."
* If you choose to send the artwork digitally, please ensure the file is not less than 150 dpi.

3.) Once a quarter we will make donations to the charities that were chosen by the kids, in the kids name.
4.) Check out our site periodically in the Kids 'n Charity sections to
see all of the neat designs that your young artists are doing.
